   These terms & Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Kate Nicole Wellness, including virtual group fitness classes, 1-1 training, and all related digital content. By purchasing a membership or participating in any service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Memberships & Billing

   
   

   Memberships are billed automatically on a monthly, 6-month, or annual basis, depending on the plan selected at checkout.

   
   

   Your subscription will continue to renew automatically until cancelled.

   
   

3. Cancellation policy

   
   

   You may cancel your membership at any time through your Member Account.

   
   

   Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

   
   

   Cancelling does not issue a refund for any portion of your current billing cycle.

4. Governing law

   
   

   These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, where Kate Nicole Wellness operates.
