Kate Nicole Wellness will not only help you build lifestyle habits that will get you to your goals, but also teach you how to maintain your results for years to come!

The Move with Kate Studio

 

A space that I have created to gather as a community and work towards feeling our best physically, mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and socially. In my 15+ years of Personal Training I have learned that the best method to achieving positive well-being is to focus on all domains of health, in order to feel your best inside and out. 

Through my group fitness classes and motivational speaking I hope to inspire women to prioritize themselves, and teach them how to create sustainable healthy habits to feel healthy, and happy. 


I decided to work with Kate because she was referred to me by someone I trusted. Kate worked with me to define my goals and created a customized plan to help me reach them. Kate is not only knowledgeable and experienced, but was also encouraging and supportive throughout the process. She incorporates variety and fun into her programs which I appreciate.
