One of the biggest problems I see in the wellness space is the promotion of programs and diets that simply aren't sustainable.

This leads many women to reach their goals temporarily, only to struggle maintaining long-term - or to give up all together. 

At Kate Nicole Wellness, the focus is different.

The goal isn't quick fixes. It's building sustainable habits that help you reach your goals and maintain them for years to come.

Move with Kate Studio

 

Move with Kate is a space created for women to come together, move their bodies, and reconnect with themselves.

Here we focus on wellness as a whole- physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially.

With over 15 years of experience in personal training, I've learned that lasting change happens when we support the whole person, not just the body.

Through my classes, my goal is to inspire women to prioritize themselves and build sustainable habits that help them feel strong, balanced, and confident inside and out.

I decided to work with Kate because she was referred to me by someone I trusted. Kate worked with me to define my goals and created a customized plan to help me reach them. Kate is not only knowledgeable and experienced, but was also encouraging and supportive throughout the process. She incorporates variety and fun into her programs which I appreciate.

After a very cold, long winter and feeling stuck- I was excited to join the Spring Reset. I loved starting my morning moving my body in a way that was strengthening without super high intensity and ending with a very calming hypnosis which left me feeling great the rest of the week. Walking through our goals and reflection exercises, Andrea and Kate also helped me reframe movement and exercise commitment and the resistance I had been feeling which I implemented this week and feel motivated to continue! The workshop also reinforced how important the mindset piece is in improving overall health moving forward into Spring!

The biggest difference I have noticed since working with Kate is that my knee pain is almost gone. I attribute this to finally finding consistency with my workouts and learning how to listen to my body. I enjoy pushing myself where I can, but for the first time in my life I feel more in-tune with understanding what my body needs.
